Our Cooperative
Since 1946, first Agricultural Cooperative starts in village called Brka which dealt with organized agricultural production, purchase and sale of agricultural products.
Throughout the past period Cooperative movement was characteristic to this area and through various integrations and disintegrations continuously worked on developing and strengthening the position of Cooperative and agricultural producers.
ZZ "Brka" Brčko in its present form was established in 2001 and continued the tradition of cooperatives in this area. Today with us, cooperative production and sales achieve over 1,300 farmers/ households.
The cooperative now works not only in the area of Brcko District, but its activities spread to the neighboring municipalities through the Cooperative Enterprises Ltd. FARMACOP Čelić. FARMACOP with the same activity as cooperative work in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic Srpska.
